This Privacy Policy explains how Gourami ("the App"), developed by Biagio Paolino, handles user data on iOS and macOS.
Gourami is built with a privacy-first architecture. The App does not require account registration, does not create external user profiles, and does not track user activity across apps or websites for advertising or commercial purposes.
All data entered into the App—including aquarium parameters, measurement logs, maintenance schedules, notes, and custom settings—is stored locally on your device.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is securely stored and synchronized across your devices via Apple’s CloudKit infrastructure within the private container iCloud.it.biagiopaolino.Gourami. The developer has no access to, cannot view, and does not retain any copies of data synced through iCloud. All cloud storage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
All in-app purchases, including Gourami Pro and free trial entitlements, are processed directly by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). The developer does not collect, process, or store any financial, payment, or billing details.
Gourami does not contain any third-party tracking frameworks, advertising SDKs, or external analytics services.
